You can shop at theurbanlook.com, either by registering with us or using a guest account to checkout.
As you browse through the URBANLOOK Website, click on the Add to Cart button for the items that you wish to purchase.
Once your desired item is added to the shopping cart just click on the shopping cart icon on the top right corner and select proceed to checkout, you can either checkout as a Guest or you can sign up to get latest updates. Then you have to provide your personal details, select the payment method and then select place order button. Then you will receive a verification code, please enter it in a given tab, so your order can be verified.
Your order will be placed, if you do not receive the confirmation code, In case, if you do not receive the verification code, you will receive a confirmation call from our customer care representative between 09:00AM- 05:00PM.
You can only purchase your items through COD (cash on delivery), Bank Transfer or credit/Debit card.
Free delivery is provided upon purchase over Rs.5000 (Rupees Five thousand). For purchases less than that delivery cost of Rs.200 (Rupees hundred) is charged.
We deliver all over Pakistan through courier services.

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Any order placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following week.
Once you have placed your order, we will email you a Customer Order Number. With the help of this number you can track your order. Along with the order number, you will receive a SMS once the order is being picked by the courier company containing the tracking number of your order. So that you can track your order easily.
We will endeavour to deliver orders within 3 to 7 working days subject to provision of a valid address within Pakistan. However force majeure events might delay or render impossible any deliveries.
